With extensive data collected from each bus during every trip, comprehensive analytical analysis of fleet readiness, efficiency, preventive maintenance, and route planning becomes available, serving as a crucial management tool.

Telematics systems allow operators to remotely monitor the health and status of their fleet in real-time. This includes tracking metrics such as speed, distance travelled, fuel availability, fuel use (l/km) and diagnostics to ensure efficient operation.
Telematics systems generate detailed reports and analytics, providing insights into vehicle utilization, error messages, fuel consumption, driver behavior, idle time, actual route taken and many more. These insights can help operators make informed decisions about fleet planning and route optimization.
Telematics systems can help in identifying theft, especially fuel related theft as it is an accurate accounting of what fuel is in the tank and what fuel is used en-route. This can be seen in real time., i.e. when the bus leaves the facility an alert could be triggered if the bus is leaving with less than a full tank. The measurement of this is from the CANBus of the vehicle and not a physical gauge on the dash that can be tampered with.
